This Toms River, NJ bathroom was functional but dated, with a blue-colored palette, basic lighting, and finishes that no longer reflected the homeowners’ taste.
Homeowners wanted a brighter, more inviting bathroom with better visual balance, updated storage, improved lighting, and a more open and modern shower area.
Their preferred look was warm and transitional—clean and contemporary, but still comfortable and welcoming—with natural wood tones, soft neutrals, and elegant gold accents.
SQ Interior Design proposed a coordinated redesign that brought the entire room together through a streamlined vanity, larger mirror, updated lighting, neutral tile, an open glass shower, and complementary gold fixtures.
The completed transformation created a brighter, more spacious-feeling bathroom with a polished, cohesive look. Every element—from the floating wood vanity and glass shower to the neutral finishes and gold details—was carefully selected to bring the homeowners’ vision to life.
